Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in one of the nicest and coolest areas of Brussels, making it very convenient and accessible. The rooms, although spacious and calm, had only one spotlight for the entire room, making it quite dark and challenging to fall asleep earlier in the night. The service was a mix of not meeting my preferences but being helpful and friendly when needed. The dining options were good with a variety of choices, though some found it too expensive. Overall, the hotel offers a great location and friendly service, but certain room aspects may affect the sleep quality.
The hotel is a mix of convenience and noise; the rooms are pristine and comfy, but hearing outside foot traffic is inevitable. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful; the location is ideal for transport but lacks late-night shops. The dining quality varies, with some offerings falling short. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a convenient location, is very welcoming with nice staff, and offers excellent dining. However, the rooms can be noisy, and the decor might not match the vibrant online visuals.
